No. Your YouTube / Facebook / app livestream stays exactly as it is. We only add a gentle donation QR and an optional sponsor thank-you card on top — nothing to install or re-host.
A UPI / QR card appears on screen during the live darshan. Devotees scan it from their phone and the donation lands directly in the temple’s own account — instantly.
Yes. There are no commercial pop-up ads over the aarti. Only a tasteful donation QR and a respectful sponsor acknowledgement, designed so darshan is never disrupted.
Start with a free 30-day pilot on your next live aarti. You see the donations first and only pay if it works for your temple. After the pilot the temple is quoted a simple monthly amount based on how many streams you run and how often you go live — there is no share of your donations, ever. Whatever devotees give is yours in full.
Three things, and you almost certainly have all of them already. The link to the stream you go live on, the UPI ID or QR image donations should reach, and a name and phone number for whoever runs the live stream on the day. That is enough to prepare the overlay before your next aarti. Sponsor cards, if you want them, need only the sponsor name and the days they are being thanked.
Usually the same week. The overlay is prepared and shown to you first as a still image, so the temple committee can approve exactly what devotees will see before anything goes on air. Once approved it is switched on for a scheduled live session. Nothing about your camera, your operator or your usual routine changes on the day.
No. Whoever currently starts your live stream carries on doing exactly what they do now. There is no software to install on the temple computer, no new hardware, and no change to how you go live. The overlay is handled from our side, which is deliberate — most temples run their stream on a phone or a single laptop, and a system that assumes an engineer on site would never be used.
Yes, and festivals are where this earns the most. During a ten-day festival the same live stream carries far more viewers than a normal morning aarti, so a sponsor board is worth considerably more to a local business. Sponsors can be rotated by day, so a different name is thanked each day of the festival rather than one sponsor taking the whole run.
They can see the QR and the donation card exactly as everyone else does, because it is part of the video picture rather than a button in the app. Whether a payment from outside India completes depends on your own account and what it is set up to accept, which is a question for your bank rather than for us. Many temples show a second contact line alongside the QR for exactly this reason.
